Based server setup for mods
1. Log into your TCAdmin control panel
2. Click on Game Servers
3. Stop your server
4. Click on Command Line Changer
5. Create a New command line
6. Select the checkbox next to Sets default game "+set fs_game"
7. Set the value for this as...
mods/modwarfare
8. Select the checkbox next to Custom commandline! "+"
9. Set the value for this as...
set net_ip 192.168.0.1 +set net_port 28960 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate
10. Save your newly created command line
11. Make sure your newly created command line is selected in Command Line Changer; not your default command line. The whole command line should look something like this...
+set dedicated 2 +set fs_game mods/modwarfare +set net_ip 192.168.0.1 +set net_port 28960 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate
12. Go back to your servers main page and open the File Manager
13. Click on the Mods folder
14. Create a New Folder and name this to whatever mod you are running
15. Upload all the files included with the mod you wish to run to this newly created folder; such as mod.ff, z_modwarfare.iwd, server.cfg, etc.
16. Start your server from the servers main page
17. You have successfully setup your game server. Enjoy!

Dedicated server setup and offline testing for mods
1. Open directory...
C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods
2. Extract or copy the mod you wish to use; its folder/files to this directory; for example..
...\Mods\ModWarfare
3. Create a shortcut on your desktop for Call of Duty(R) 4 - Modern Warfare(TM) Multiplayer
4. Right click the newly created shortcut and select Properties
5. In the Target field you should have something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" +set fs_game mods/modwarfare +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate
6. Apply changes and click OK
7. This shortcut will be used to start your server. You may name the shortcut to your liking. For example; START SVR
8. You may create an optional CONNECT shortcut using this target field to connect to the server you just started.
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" +connect 192.168.0.1

Additional Notes
NOTE 1 - mods/modwarfare value should reference the mod you are using; modwarfare is an example mod.
NOTE 2 - net_ip 192.168.0.1 should reference the servers actual ip address
NOTE 3 - net_port 28960 should reference the servers port being used
NOTE 4 - +set dedicated 0=Listen, 1=LAN, 2=Internet
NOTE 5 - Instead of using the connect shortcut you may run another instance of your game and bring up the console with key ~
Type /connect 192.168.0.1 where the ip is your server/host computer
NOTE 6 - For basic offline testing; simply start your game, click Mods, select the mod you wish to run and Launch. Start a new server
NOTE 7 - Be sure to check your server.cfg to make sure the command line/target configs do not conflict with it and vice versa
NOTE 8 - Ports that may need opening on your firewall/router are:
UDP 20800
UDP 20810
UDP 28960
